Aleya Littleton

Aleya has a masters in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in nature-based therapy. She has been practicing outdoors for over a decade. She has expanded into nature intensives because she saw a need for deeper, more intentional encounters with the natural world. Led by her Viking ancestry, she practices runic wisdom, herbalism and plant spirit ceremony. Her connection with nature evolved from recreational to deeply spiritual, and believes that every encounter teaches us about our life in this body and our place in the cosmos.
